Tim Thijsse, Director Netherlands at Progressive Recruitment came to the RSM Campus on 16 November to give a special Sales Masterclass to our RCC members. During the interesting and interactive evening session, Tim taught the students the basic sales skills, and gave them room to practice the stills immediately in a short role play. The evening started with a short introduction of Progressive Recruitment, and Tim’s experiences of working there. After that, he provided the students with tools, methods and techniques that can be used when selling propositions, such as the FF/NA method.
After the break, the Sales Masterclass continued with an interview training. How do you sell yourself? Many good tips and tricks were presented, and afterwards the club went to De Smitse for some well-deserved drinks.
