OUR COMMITTEES

Committees are an essential part of the structure of the RCC. They provide a chance for members who want to go the extra mile to develop themselves through working in a tight team.

Next to developing stronger relationships by joining a committee, a member gets the chance to make the RCC an even more enjoyable and valuable experience for its members.

There are four committees that are available for members to join: the Marketing Committee, the Events Committee, the City Trips Committee, and the Consulting Projects Committee.

MARKETING COMMITTEE

The Marketing Committee assists the Marketing Manager in promoting RCC and its activities. It includes content creation for social media (i.e., Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) and offline marketing (i.e., posters, leaflets), working on the newsletter and website, taking photos, and designing merchandise.

We are looking for someone who is creative, is able to create engaging and eye-catching content that aligns with RCC branding, possesses photography skills, follows social media trends, and is familiar with Canva and WordPress (a BIG plus).

EVENTS COMMITTEE

The Events Committee supports the Events Manager with organizing company and social events. For both types of events, the main focus is on event conception (i.e., idea generation for the event, logistics, coordination, communication with the Marketing Committee) and implementation (i.e., making the event smooth).

We are seeking individuals who possess strong organizational and communication skills, are creative, proactive, and understand the power of teamwork.

CITY TRIPS COMMITTEE

The City Trips Committee works with the President on planning and organizing the yearly RCC study trip to a different city/country. This includes filling in days with consulting-related activities, helping out with logistics, and coordinating the entire trip.

We are searching for someone who loves to travel, has organizational and communication skills, is proactive, and is a team player.

CONSULTING PROJECTS COMMITTEE

The Consulting Projects Committee helps the Consulting Projects Manager with supervising student consultant teams participating in consulting projects to ensure quality of work. Additionally, the Committee assists during the application process for consulting project teams and coordinates with RCC alumni who are guiding the consulting teams.

We are on the lookout for people with project management, communication, relationship-building, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

MEMBERS RECRUITMENT IS CLOSED AND WILL BE OPEN IN SEPTEMBER 2024!
