BOARD CONTACTS

The RCC Board for the upcoming year 2023/2024 entails six different roles.
If you have any specific question related to our role, please feel free to send us a message via LinkedIn.

BOARD ROLES

President

As President, you will be responsible for creating an annual vision and strategy for the RCC and ensuring that the Board is aware of it and is working towards it. Duties include organizing weekly board meetings and monitoring deadlines. You will also chair the City Trips Committee and be the main point of contact between the RCC and external case trainers, maintaining a smooth relationship with them.

Vice President and Treasurer

As VP & Treasurer you will be responsible for preparing the budget at the beginning of the academic year, sending, and paying invoices from companies, filing quarterly tax returns, analysing our financial metrics on an ongoing basis, drafting bespoke contracts for contractors, and finally preparing the balance sheet and profit and loss account.

Consulting Projects Manager

The Consulting Project Manager plays an important role in initiating contact with businesses to propose potential consulting projects. Once the project begins, this manager oversees the coordination and guidance of student consultants, ensuring the project aligns with client standards. Additionally, the Consulting Project Manager is the leader of the Consulting Projects Committee, and the first point of contact in any case conflicts arise during the project.

External Relations Manager

The first responsibility of the External Relations Manager is to define the sales strategy. Once the strategy is defined, it all comes down to execution. Identifying and contacting potential new partners and maintaining excellent relationships with RCC's current partners. Organizing business network events, such as case workshops, is also part of the External Relations Manager's responsibilities.

Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager is responsible for RCC's marketing strategy. This includes managing the website, social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, WhatsApp), sending out monthly newsletters, designing merchandise, and offline marketing. Additionally, part of the responsibility is leading their own committee and communicating with members.

Events Manager

The Events Manager is responsible for the planning and execution of RCC's collaborative and social events. This includes managing venues, communicating with stakeholders about their needs, and working with marketing to promote events. Managing the Events Committee is also the Events Manager's responsibility.
