Committees are an essential part of the structure of the RCC. They provide a chance for members who want to go the extra mile to develop themselves through working in a tight team.
Next to developing stronger relationships by joining a committee, an exclusive member gets the chance to make the RCC an even more enjoyable and valuable experience for its members.
There are two committees that are available for members to join: The Marketing and Communications Committee & The Events Committee.
The Marketing and Communications Committee generally assists in three main areas: Newsletter, Social Media Content and Video Content.
Concerning the newsletter, the aim is to inform exclusive and active members about upcoming events, as well as to provide content about consulting.
For social media, the focus is on creating various materials relevant for students interested in consulting.
In terms of video content, it is a prerequisite to bring skills in recording and editing.
The Events Committee supports the organization of Career Events and Social Events.
For career events, the main focus is on event conception, the selection of suitable speakers and event implementation. Feedback from members also needs to be obtained and evaluated.
Concerning social events, the main focus is on the conception and implementation of an engagement strategy for the existing members.
